I’m on free trial and loving it so Far. It was annoying without the premium

I have AS and RA, I also have stuffed knees from horse riding and competing for so many years, I loved running too. I was diagnosed 2years ago at 23 after having my son. I love to swim, I also find jogging at night to be amazing and I have almost no pain. I think it’s down to the cool air. At home workouts I can do at my…

When people are happy, chocolate, chocolate cake, chocolate mouse, chocolate cheese cake, chocolate milk, chocolate liquor and a nice smelling perfume! Hugo boss the scent is amazing! 🙌

I have an almost 4yo. Work fluctuates between 4 hours to 12 hours a day as well as travel. Most days when I’m busy I struggle and have no energy, I also have chronic fatigue and a lot of pain from AS. I have found walking at night to be amazing, when it’s cool and slightly dark I seem to have a tonne of energy once I push…

Eating breakfast trying to muster up the strength to clean the kitchen and have a shower and make plans for the day. School holidays are so hard when you have an only child to entertain.

Yup I get jealous, although I’m still happy for others success! I was always tiny and friends were always telling me how jealous they were, I could eat and drink as much as I liked and the scale wouldn’t budge. After having my son almost 4yrs ago I have struggled really bad with my weight. Everyone told me I would get back…

I hate that I have permanent *kitten* face and everyone thinks I’m grumpy and serious, my close friends that know the real me, know how loose and fun I can be and how very not serious I am

Thanks for sharing! Well done on how far you have come! Just curious and I haven’t read other comments, have you considered surgery? It must be a bit uncomfortable Living with all the excess skin! Either way, amazing results!

Go swimming. It will take pressure off your body. Did they advise you to take aspirin? That will help thin your blood. I have AS and RA and working out causes inflammation which makes them worse but if I don’t I’ll get fat and worse as well. So swimming is amazing for it. I also have a family history of blood clotting. My…

I don’t own a scale, otherwise I’ll just get disheartened by checking every day. Instead I check my weight when I go to my inlaws. It really helps for those who are obsessive at checking the weight. I once lost a total of 60cm from thigh, waist, arm, hips, chest. The scale only moved 3kg. Measurements are the way to go!

Found it! The invisible, it’s such a good movie!

25yo mum of a 3yo here! Work fluctuates from 10 hours a day to zero so I’m kind of a stay at home mum! I’m aiming to loose 30kg, I love cooking, entertaining and going out to eat, and baking too! I don’t want to give either up too 😅

I’m married, I get hit on a lot. I don’t know why because I have serious *kitten* face alll the time. It’s faltering sometimes but sometimes it’s just down right creepy. I have married friends that are never hit on, but they are very quiet stick to them self’s kinda girls. Hubby says wedding rings don’t scare men off.…

Hi, I’m fairly new too. I’m looking for friends who enjoy outdoors and hiking and that kind of stuff, add me if it sounds like you too

This made my day 🤣

I had a few guys message me and one was from Utah and very intense, I said I was married and happy to just be friends. It all creeped me out so much I deleted everyone. I watch that catfish show all the time and find it hard to trust people online, and I don’t see a point in people trying to catch feels with people they…

Yup that’s me! I’m finding the app is helping me stay in check, it’s like having boundary’s especially since I share my diary, I will feel ashamed if friends see it and see me pigging out! We went birthday present shopping today and got some chocolates for someone and I had a huge argument in my mind about not needing to…

Iv never had acne as such, just the odd white head. I got married recently and leading up to it I broke out. I had huge cystic ones on my chin and back. After the wedding I started using liquid foundation which made it even worse. I started washing my face and exfoliating really well and using the juice of a lemon all over…

I’m 25, mum of 1 four year old and I’m married, works sporadic, some days I won’t move other days I don’t have time to breath. Im studying full time to be a veterinary technician, I have 30kg I want to loose!

Hi, I’m on here too because we are wanting #2 and have been struggling! I assume it’s due to my weight, I was 60kg with #1 and got to 85kg when he was born. Now I’m 90kg. I’m 25 and have always been pretty active so it’s quiet a shock! I’m hoping to get to 60kg again!

Omg girl I had a similar experience except I shared my wedding photos! My cousin asked me if it was a baby bump! No, no it’s not but thanks for pointing that out!
-
Hi, what are you studying? Where are you from? I don’t know how to add people 😊

Just had a shower and washed my hair. Sitting down trying to muster up the energy to use the hair dryer 😂 happens every time!

Don’t worry about the scales, check your measurements. I have found having a sauna a few days or a hot spa every day for a few days is a great way to kind of get the fat moving again. It’s something different that will get a reaction from your body. Your weight loss so far sounds great! Be very happy with the progress you…

Are you from NZ? We can buy mackerel here in tins at the supermarkets. But yes fish oil is amazing! It’s best to use liquid and use a syringe in mi opinion. My 3yo had a brain injury and fish oil and magnesium is amazing! Without it he becomes anxious, aggressive and gets quiet upset. With these supplements he’s a happy…
