I weigh on a Sunday morning weekly and during my 16hr fast so on a pretty empty stomach. Yeah that’s what I thought but my weight has suddenly stalled. Im hoping it’s a coincidence that my weight stalled when I decided to up my Sunday calories because mentally I feel better allowing myself the extra calories.

Hi I’m 27 with arthritis in my hip and knees, I have Ankylosing Spondylitis. For me biking and swimming are great and I find if I do exercises in the pool I don’t end up as sore in my joints, I do a lot of hiking too but I pay for it afterwards. I was doing physio but it didn’t help me.

Iv done 30,000 in 5 hours while working nights at a stud farm. I have arthritis so I was near crawling by the end from sore knees and pelvis but if I had taken pain relief I would have been fine.

Thanks all, I tried making them up with water and they were below average, added some banana and still average. Made one up today with half full fat milk and water and it kept me satisfied for 3 hours. I think it will be best for when I’m on the go or if I got that 3pm slump.

Red meat is great! So many people hate it. Our body’s can tolerate red meat in almost any form including raw. I don’t see anyone doing well off raw chicken 🤷♀️

Agree with mike, I feel fuller eating things like steak, if I have bacon or steak for breakfast I feel so much better throughout the day. Thanks for the reply’s. I’ll give it a few more weeks. It’s not very cool seeing the scale go up .2 one day, .1 the next and .3 another day etc and kind of had me panicked. It just seemed like a steady increase.

I do have pms symptoms for about 2 weeks prior to pms so am dealing with that. I suppose that could affect it also?

Today is day 7 and iv actually only gained a kg all up. But I would have assumed 1400 calories is enough to still be loosing at a steady rate. I log everything correctly and weight it all. I’m doing 10k steps a day and have a very physical farm/horse job. I’m 168cm, 86kg.
