Well I had a *kitten* week lol. Hurt my back earlier in the week so haven't exercised much and gave in to the sugar cravings. Gained 100 grams this week :( SW: 89kg (196.2) July 9th 2018 GW: 75kg (165.3) LW: 85kg (187.3) TW: 85.1kg (187.6)

Hey π I'm a Mum of 2 boys as well (oldest is 4 and youngest is 8 months). 4 year old is a sensory seeker and drives me crazy every day lol. I stacked on weight after having kids and even Justin the last few months it's still creeping up so had to do something about it (well something that actually worked for me anyway). Soβ¦

I weigh myself every morning and record it on the personal diary on MFP (just for myself) but then I use Friday as a "weigh in" day where I put my weekly results up in one of the weigh in groups on here :)

Hey I'm Lisa, 31 and from Australia. I've got 2 young boys (one is 4 years old and the other is just 8 months). I've only been on here for a week and counting calories for the first time in my life. Got about 12kg to lose to get to my first goal of 75kg. Happy for people to add me if they want π

Hi I'm Lisa I'm 31 and from Australia. I've got 2 young kids under 5 and the weight has just piled on since falling pregnant with my first. I started my journey only 4 days ago and weighed 89kg (196 pounds). First goal is to get back down to 75kg (165 pounds).

Yep πββοΈ Back in 2013 I weighed 72kg. Fell pregnant with my first and stacked on the weight. Since having him I was then 82kg. Then fell pregnant again and after having my second I got up to 89kg. He's now 8 months old and I've decided now is the best time to try lose some weight while I'm a stay at home mum and alsoβ¦

Lost another 300 grams so now 87.6kg π

I'm on day 3 today. Day 1 I weighed 89 kg Day 2 was 88.3 kg Today is 87.9 kg That's about 2.6 pounds π Not getting too excited yet though as this is a normal daily fluctuation for me so not really counting a loss until it's more than 3 kg (or 6 pounds) but still feels good and using it as a little bit of motivation for now

Nice!! I find it easier to stay on track if I'm not working coz I can just eat and exercise when I need to. Where about are you from?
