Started in July 2018, I was 89kg. Now in December 2019 I'm 73kg

I started out in July last year at 89kg and my first goal was to reach 75kg which I did. I'm now 73kg and my mini goal is to get down to 69kg coz that'll put me at a 20kg loss overall (although ultimately I'd like to get down to 65kg)

14kg loss (I think that's about 28 pounds roughly). Finally hit my goal after 14 months - although I'd completely stopped logging and exercising for probably at least 8 months in that time. And I'm only 3kg away from being what I was before having kids. I'm 5ft 6 🙂 still want to lose another 7 to 10kg though

This is a 10kg difference. Took about 4 months to lose between July and November last year and have pretty much been on hiatus ever since but starting back again this week

Ooh I love photography too. Although I'm only very amateur and my crazy hyper 4 year old makes it difficult to actually go out anywhere and use the camera properly as I'm constantly having to chase him lol.
