thanks, the pic on the left was from about 10 years ago. I think the most progress has been this year though.
The first 8 months I just ran/walked, and did pushups, situps and chinups. I started running further - reached a half marathon distance a couple of weeks ago. I was getting too lean, so I started using a Total Gym. Then I was still getting too lean, so I added free weights. But I'm still running and doing the pushups, situps, chinups and total gym.
For food, I just eat a little less than my base and exercise total. and I try to eat healthier, but I love fast food - I'm not gonna lie lol

This is my progress in less than 8 months from start. I started just walking for the first few months, and then started with weight training and more intense cardio on bike. My labs completely did a 180 in 6 months, from the worst to the best they've been in 25 years or so.

Left is when I found out I was expecting our baby girl (I got up to 180 while pregnant)and right was last weekend for mommy and me pics! I noticed my sweater wasn’t tight around my arms and legs, hips ! I am now 145! Slow process but worth it!8

Before (March 2017) - 18+ stone/113 kgs;
After - 89kgs;
(Though Christmas is challening & taking its toll, with parties, alcohol and unhealthy sweet treats!)17 -
It’s amazing what everyone in this thread has achieved! I always like success stories because they’re the ultimate motivation. I know someone struggles/struggled similarly and they overcame it all. On my difficult days I’m reminded that there’s so many people out there still chugging along and their commitment is earning them the reward of health and confidence.
I’ve been taking more photos recently to have reference points. I wish I had taken more in the beginning, but I was so unhappy with my body I didn’t want any visual proof.
I am FINALLY seeing big results in the mirror! I am not toned, I need to add exercise into
my busy schedule, but I think once I do I’ll feel more confident in my body.

Before December 2013, up to the 280's (~127kg).
Dropping to ~168 (~76kg) by November 2015
And dropping to ~157 (~71kg) by November 2016
About 70kg (154 to 156) since then.
T-shirts: I stopped listening to my inner demons... we're on the same side now! and SMILE, it makes people wonder what you're up to--both in 4x. In the afters two or three pics are in large and the more recent ones in mediums15 -

In November of 2017 I had my son and during that pregnancy gained 55 pounds, as of this month I am 7 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight! It has taken some time, but the last 10 pounds are the hardest to lose!!
This is so inspiring to me I am also a mom and it is so hard to lose after having a baby. This is definitely going to motivate me to workout tonight and go hard at the gym!2 -
2009 close to my heaviest
July 2019
December 2019 (I got excited about some new outfits I just got in the mail, hence the creased dresses hah)
5kg to go

Well, you're wearing more in yours than I am in my progress pics! I'd get booted for mine! 😄😄😄
