That back! AND those legs! Amazing progress17 -
Since my weight loss and fitness journey now spans 12 years, here is a collage of highs and lows along the way.
Top row:
Left pic represents me before losing any weight (2007 or earlier - highest weight 237 lbs.)
Right pic is after I lost 60 lbs in 2007 - pic is from Jan. 2008 when I met Kae and B from season 4 of The Biggest Loser (US)
Bottom row
Left - April 2014 - 212 lbs - highest weight since original weight loss
Middle - Mirror pic proving I was "skinny fat" since I was not eating a healthy diet as I should have been and I was trying to get it done through cardio without much, if any, lifting at the gym.
Right - Today - 164 lbs - after incorporating the steps listed above
To sum up, if you want to move from 'skinny fat to lean', you have to get your diet right and then keep it that way, and you need to lift - cardio alone won't 'cut' it - (see what I did there? )

Began my health turnaround in August 2018. Weighed 205 lbs. Did cardio, lifted weights 5 days a week. Daily calorie intake 1800. 6 months later I’m 179lbs... and feeling so much better. Owe a ton of my success to this app.

I've gone from both ends of the spectrum over the last several years...I've taken my body from anorexia to extremely overweight. It took such a long time to find myself but now I'm happily in between the two extremes and doing things I never thought possible! Some days are harder than others but I'm where I need to be mentally to take it one step at a time. I have my eyes on the prize which is trying out for American Ninja Warrior sometime in the future
Stage 1: Anorexia (Age 18) - 108 pounds
Stage 2: Obesity (Age 22) - 220 pounds
Stage 3: Strength! (Age 31) - 134 pounds

You all look so much younger!0
