Possibly points for going a week with no soda and/or alcohol? Another challenge I saw was have a overall step or miles goal for the week. You get X amount of points for participating toward the goal if it's met and then whoever the top or top 2-3 contributors are, they get a bonus point(s).

In the next 5 years I'd like to do a 5k run. Obstacles: -Weight loss -Previous knee and foot injuries flair up and cause significant pain sometimes. I'm hoping that by loosing weight and building muscle it will be enough to support my knee from being unstable or having pain. Planning on doing a leisure 2.5k in September…
