Started this latest diet at 164.4 on Jan 18. Currently 135.4 as of yesterday morning. Working to get back down to about 133 before I got back to maintenance.

This is your problem - assuming you are accurately measuring/weighing/logging. These "goals" need to be adjusted. Laws of thermodynamics. That doesn't sound like 7,000 calories, and certainly not 7,000 calories above your TDEE. I'm guessing most of that 2 lb. bump is sodium-induced water retention/weight.
