Aug 14 plenty exercise. 60 mins on the mountain bike and later walked my dogs with my wife. All that before long driving day. Very happy to keep under calorie target Tracked: oh yeah baby!

Exercise: just the bare minimum. Intended cycling but it was damp and muggy so I passed on it. Calories: yes within my allowance. This IF 16:8 fasting is da bomb and it suits me. Tracking: yes

Date: Aug 11 Exercised?: Yes. 30 minute walk. Calories?: Yes Tracked?: Yes Attended a family funeral and stayed within calorie target despite meal afterwards. Could easily have gone off the rails. 3 hour drive each way meant I was moving much less than I would have liked.

I don't like hoovering, bread, people with no integrity, or small dogs that chase cyclists. Pretty much everything else is ok. I'm Irish, retired, 60yo male, biker and blogger. Happy to read through the rulebook to be sure I get this right, and not get myself kicked out because of not knowing what I'm signing up for. Pat
