But even if I did gain due to medical issues, wouldn't my clothes not fit or something ? :/

Also , I've been using my mini stepper for almost 2 hours a day for the last year to maintain so its not new The only thing I have been doing differently os I do a 100squats with kettlebell once a week. But I weigh myself 5 days after so it should not affect it

I am not pregnant for sure and its not a menstrual cycle issue as I take the pill daily without any 7 day break. What seems weird to me is that the scale indicates that I was gaining 1kg per week for th last 4-5 weeks and yet my clothes fit the same

Its normal sized, like a piece of pie. However , I ate the crust and removed 3/4 of the fillings.

And also since there is not an option for 'stepper' , I just use the 'workout' option

Really? I seriously did not know that! So whats a good indicator? Because if you're working hard , that means heart rate is higher right? ( sorry if I am sounding stupid)

It's not pain exactly .. its like the usual muscle ache after a cardio session

No , I currently do not binge but I dont do so because I eat whatever I want in small ammounts

Because I have a sedentery lifestyle , and without the stepper I would only be allowed to eat 1300 calories which is quite a few for me

Yes thats why I use the stepper a lot because otherwise , I cant comprehend with eating just 1300 calories a day :(

To be honest , i find it alright doing 2 hours as I have an office job and without them , I would only be able to eat 1300 calories and I love food I might try out the creams

Weighed ! And I dont eat out that much .. maybe once a week and I try to track as accurately as possible.

Yeah , I think so too because I feel that my legs are really weak because I feel them hurting even after 10 squats ! The problem is that I really cant keep a diet as I end up binging on junk and chocolate :( and I dont have access to a gym !
