I would really like to tone my body ( particularly legs, buttocks and stomach). Someone help! Going crazy!!

Calories burned
I use a mini stepper 2 hours daily and my fitbit states that I burn about 90-100 cals every 15 minutes. My legs are usually hurting or numb after 45 mins or 1 hour so I guess I am doing some effort. But is it possible that I burn that amount of calories?
