I just did a Greens mix that was really good.. I steamed broccoli, collard greens, and kale in bulk. Use your favorite seasoning, and I always use the zero calorie butter spray by “I can’t believe it’s not butter.”

Why don’t you try getting a body analysis where they measure fat, water, and lean muscle. Some gyms and doctors offices have the proper equipment.

Love this!! I was over weight for my first pregnancy and really want to have a better bounce back and healthier pregnancy for my second. First I was 192 and ended at 220. Now I’m 178 and would like to be 150. I’m 5’7
