Are you weighing your food on a scale? That is the biggest contributor to plateaus that I have seen.

I'm doing the same thing. CICO deficit seems to be the only proven method.

I find that working out in the morning sets the pace for my day. If I workout early, I feel obligated to stay on track for the day. Dust yourself off and get back on track. Consistency is key to accomplishing goals.

I'm down 19 lbs since December 1st with about 40 more pounds to lose. I try to log on everyday.

Even if my alarm goes off at 3:30, I don't officially wake up until at least 7:00 am. Snooze buttons are my friend.

Buying an electric vehicle is one of the worst decisions with regards to the environment. Since most electricity is generated through the combustion of hydrocarbons and that energy has to be stored in toxic batteries, the net outcome is actually worse for the environment.
