This is my daily post workout meal ... 8oz lean beef ... 100g green beans ... 6oz sweet potato

Motivation comes from yourself not what others do ... you need to make this more of a lifestyle and not see it as a chore... this is my priority I wake up every morning ready for my workout later on that day ... meals are eating in a schedule and it just becomes routine ... it’s not a glamorous life but I love it

You should always try and weigh in first thing in the morning while fasted ... it’s the most “accurate” then since you haven’t eaten for quite sometime... the scale will fluctuate due to water also ... you can’t base your progress only off your weight ... but since you are only concerned with gaining weight I’d start out…

Nicely done!!! Throw that scale away! Muscle is denser than fat so just because that scale goes up doesn’t mean you’re not heading in the right direction!

I have multiple smaller meals throughout the day .. make sure you’re having fibrous foods to keep you feeling full...

Have your tried to eat fruit? Celery and carrots don’t give your body the sugar it’s craving ... you can trick your mind into feeding it “healthy” sugars by eating fruit instead of eating processed sugars
