Seems everyone who responded enters actual weight. Thats good to hear. To be clear, what I am entering is about 1-2 pounds higher than my actual weight. If my weight actually increases, which has happened (sadly) and I do enter those.

I use gummy bears. I stick them behind my teeth and I have a slow sugar drip.

Right ππ½ββοΈ π is the most important equipment for running and needs to be fitted personally for you. Any reputable running store will have knowledgeable people to help you find the right shoe for you. Keep track of those miles on the shoes. I generally run for about 300 miles before I get a new pair.

Sooo .... inner thigh exercise would target those muscles, therefore "spot reduction" is possible, is this the consensus? ..... I did do search in youtube, and there were few of them and they are "fun".

Awesome and inspirational... I was a smoker for 20+ years, quit smoking and about a year later started exercising... I feel great, but still too heavy but feel fit and strong. My goal in next three months is to lose about 15 pounds and get to 170 run that half below 10 min pace.
