Garmin steps and calories
I have been getting ridiculous number of calories (2500) for 9000 steps that are getting added to my daily calories allowances. Anyone seen this before? How did you fix it?

mid life crisis - complete Everest Marathon
I don’t consider myself an elite athlete. I have never run a full marathon. But I am going to run/walk my first marathon this May (29th). The marathon starts at 17,600 feet and end at 12,500 feet. Any suggestions you have to help me would be appreciated. Thanks

Need help...heart rate vs breathing
What is the connection between heart rate zones and how fast you are breathing? My garmin tells me that I am in the red zone but I don’t feel out of breath. I am trying to make connection between the two. Thanks.

Sweaty body & head, dry arms and legs ...
When I see pictures on instagram of people after runs, their whole body seems to sweaty. When I exercise, I sweat on my body, head face, but my arms and legs always remain dry. Is this normal?

So, do you login actually weight on MFP or do you enter something different? I have been logging slightly higher than what I see on the scale, because I don’t want that bump up on my weight loss graph. Just curious.

Ideal weight ...
So I am in a journey to lose weight, but not sure about what it ought to be. I am 5’ 6” and currently weigh 183 lb. Internet says, ideal weight for my height is about 150 lbs which seems low to me. How many of you are in the “ideal” weight or trying to get there? or do you have a different opinion? Thanks in advance.
