When I see pictures on instagram of people after runs, their whole body seems to sweaty. When I exercise, I sweat on my body, head face, but my arms and legs always remain dry. Is this normal?

I would be the same as you with the head and body, unless I am doing something with really excessive intensity. The majority of your body heat comes from you torso and head because that's where your vital organs are.1

Seems normal enough - that's typically my experience as well. My arms and legs don't get sweaty but my head and torso do. That said, last Sunday of the 6 or 7 people standing around after rowing, my salty legs were the favorite of the coach's dog2
