I will say that for me it is harder now that she’s a toddler. Lol! I have to do it around naptime and that’s it. She won’t allow me the time or space to workout while she’s awake. I also am a stay at home mom. I’m 30. My weight at delivery of my last baby was 259. I’m down to 203 as of today. Started really resign in June this year at 238. So I’m down 35 pounds in around 4 months. Friend me and we can support each other!! Share tips and struggles etc.

I use lots of water to fill up and I just keep busy! So my mind doesn’t focus on it lol. But definitely try to incorporate a few healthy snacks to curb the appetite as much as possible.
