  • Ann's House Good Health Energy Blend. Natural Almonds, soybeans, pumpkin seeds, and dried cranberries... no salt. I had never tried any of them, except almonds, before trying the mix.

MFP has given me better access to information and people on how to achieve it. I would have wasted a lot of time on things that didn't work and probably would have given up by now.
