I feel great so much fitter as i go gym 3 times a week I can actually walk now without my back stopping me in my tracks , definitely won't be going back to the old me :-)

Started 30th July at 175kg at the minute I'm 161kg , I'm 5'9 tall and want weight loss and better health

Well 5 - 6lbs isn't a huge amount to of put back on so that's the good part , and as I know if you can just go gym 2 it 3 times a week start eating a little better that weight could be back off in 3 weeks I'm totally sure you can do πππͺπͺ

You can eat much more low calorie foods that will fill you up and keep your daily calorie intake low and on the weekend look for alternatives or substitutes in what you have , you can do it im sure
