So this Tuesday got my 56lb ( 4stone / 24.4kg ) loss , been on this since August 2018 , gym 6 days a week life's so much better now x

Surgery after weight loss ?
If you lose a lot of weight will it ultimately lead to surgery to cut off excess skin etc ? Or if you go to the gym and diet at the same time will that skin be filled with muscle ? Thanks for any answers

My coarse has finished / results 🤔
So my 11 week nutrition and fitness class ended today and in total I've lost 16.75lbs and 3.5cm off my waist , I'm not sure if that's good or not but it's something and it's better than it was when i started , love this app it's helped me so much just need to find a new way to motivate myself on Mondays now , stay safe…

I was just wondering if anyone has any tips they use to combat the need to eat even after you've had your daily meals etc , i personally find drinking water fills me up and stops me wanting to eat and eating late helps me as eating dinner to early can sometimes make me feel hungry at night , any tips are very appreciated…

in fear of going back to old ways :-/
ive been on a 10 week course where u get weighed , talk about food , then finish with a 1 hr fitness class . next monday is the last one and im concerned that not having to go and get weighed might make me go off track , any advice on how to continue and not lapse would be appreciated many thanks
