Don't let it get you down. Scales vary widely, which is why it is usually recommended to weigh on the same scale, same time of day, and in similar clothing. But you can continue on even without weighing yourself! Take measurements and use how your clothes are fitting as a guide.
How are you tracking your food? Here are a couple of great threads:

My scales are really annoying. I weighed myself this morning 184 lb.
Moved the scales an inch to the left, 181lbs.
I went with the 181 haha6 -

The Mayo Clinic website includes this issue as a problem in weight loss: coping when feeling discouraged. So, for what it’s worth, you are 100% correct, you need to find a strategy to get through this rough patch.
And consider this if it helps. A lot of people get in a successful groove but fail to adapt when their life circumstances change. Keep working.
Don’t let your brain double down on this bump in the road by kicking you for struggling through it. Long term weight loss is a skill set, mostly about problem solving. Step back and try to figure out how you were successful. And try to recreate the elements of success in your current circumstances. The process is more important than the number on the scale.2 -

Only if you allow them to! Try to change your mindset. Visualize (or whatever method works for you) a list of tools that track weight loss and health such as a measuring tape, progress pictures, different size clothing, etc. and put the scale somewhere on that list. It's just ONE tool and not more or less important than the other tools.1 -
When I lost the bulk of my weight several years back, I lost about 30 lbs or so and at that point bought a new scale. The new scale readings were 12 lbs higher than my old scale. Seeing those higher numbers was a bummer, but did that mean I hadn't lost 30 lbs? No... it just meant the new scale readings were 12 lbs higher1
