Sometimes you actually need a cheat meal/day to kickstart your metabolism/remind your body that it's not starving. But you got this!!! This slower you lose it, the longer you're likely to keep it off.

I did a slow 2 mile jog.. my furthest distance since injuring myself 3 years ago. I was so happy, I felt like I could cry. I haven't worked out without pain in soooo lonngg!!!

Hey there. Are you guys still checking in? I'm 5'7 and just hit my highest weight, 180... 😳 I definitely feel the weight in my back and hips. My lowest was 145, but I'm hoping to get down to 130 - 140 by next year. Should we do a weekly weigh in?
