Let's Keep Each Other Accountable

Hey all -- I'm a 30 year old looking to lose 30lbs. I found it way easier in college when my roomies were health nuts and able to keep me accountable, but it's been getting harder to stay on track.

No sob story here. In fact the more that I love myself on the inside the harder it's been to care about the outside.

Any how, I'm hoping to find a few people to check in with daily to motivate me and keep me focused.

"Rules": Just post what you ate and your work out daily, and try to do 30 minutes of exercise every day (even if it's just walking). I did this (meaning daily check ins) with my girlfriends last year and it was really helpful. I think we just all have different priorities right now.
