For my sister's wedding, I was in a similar position. When I tried on the dress at the shop, it fit perfectly but by the time I got it I gained weight and also found out the sample at the shop was stretched out from so many people trying it on, so the brand new dress was tighter. I couldn't lose the weight in time, so I…

While reading your post I was imagining something completely different. Once I got further down and saw your picture it did not nearly match the description I made in my head. Please try to be more kind to yourself, your body looks perfectly fine. I will encourage you to continue to work on reaching your goals, but you…

I have a galaxy watch! My steps do not show up, but my physical activity shows up and I get a calorie adjustment if my steps are over what I put as my activity level. It is very buggy though. Make sure you are synced in shealth, then make sure that shealth is set as your step tracker (It always deselect it and goes to…

I'm not 100% sure. Anywhere between 120 and 160. I decided once I get to 160 I will reevaluate. My lowest weight ever at this height (when I was 16) was 160. I was involved in many sports and did a lot of strength training then, but still had a little extra chub so I think my ideal weight would be 10-20 pounds less than…

The last time I was in wonderland was 2009, so 10 years ago. Since then I hit my highest weight of 270, then got down to 243 in August but fell off track and got back to 260 just over a week ago. I'm back at it, and am currently at 256. Although my ultimate goal is 130, getting to onederland is a milestone I cannot wait to…

I'm in the same boat! I'm 29, was here back in the late summer/fall, was doing really well and had some support. Then I fell off the wagon, and have been inactive for about 5 months. Unfortunately in the 5 months I gained 15 of the 25 pounds I lost back. I can't let myself do that again and need support! I'm looking to…

Weigh in week: October Week 1 Weigh in Day: Friday Previous Weight: 243.6 Current Weight: 250.3 Ugh... what an awful feeling. The weekend was thanksgiving here in Canada. I expected to be off track Sunday and Monday, but I had a very hard time getting back on track the rest of the week and made some very bad choices. I was…

Weigh in week: October Week 1 Weigh in Day: Friday Previous Weight: 245.3 Current Weight: 243.6 I had a very stressful week and did eat more than I should have, I think this weight loss comes from last week's efforts that didn't reflect on the scale at last week's weigh in as opposed to anything I did this week. I am proud…

Username: KillaLindzilla Weigh in Day: Friday Previous Weight: 245.8 Current Weight: 245.3 This is pretty frustrating and disappointing for me. I had an overall calorie deficit for the week of 7039 calories so I was expecting to lose a bit more. Even though my scale didn't reflect it, yesterday was the first time I noticed…

I have a question. Tomorrow is my week 1 weigh in. What do I use as my starting weight? Is it my weight as of September first, or is it my weight when I signed up for the challenge which if I recall correctly was August 28th?

I used to use Samsung health on my s7 in my pocket while wearing a fitbit alta. I noticed Samsung health would be slightly ahead of my fitbit. I would hit 10000 steps with the app whereas my Alta was around 9200 steps. Although I can say for sure which one of the two was the more accurate one.

I'm definitely on board!
