My cats loved the over roll. They rolled it all around the bathroom and down the hall. PS, just noticed ladychris's post on the matter. If you have cats, it's under roll. If you don't, it's over roll. And if you don't care which way it rolls, that's fine, too...

Neither. I like ice cream instead. Coffee, chocolate, swirls of either, or good quality strawberry or raspberry found only in small mom & pop type ice creameries that make the stuff on location.

A good percentage, but not ALL. I can tolerate milk and dairy, but many people I know cannot, except on a very limited basis. Depends on the pre-historic happenings in various cultures. And interestingly enough, some people descended from milk drinkers... cannot always deal with lactose.

Well, at the very least, I want to be 90 with cognitive awareness, and physical ability to continue to do things for myself. I'd like to KNOW, and set up things so relatives don't have to deal with any "messes" I might otherwise leave behind.

Possible, but I have to note one experience with subliminal messages that were piped into a now-defunct "department store" back in the early 80s left me with an incredible urge to SHOPLIFT. I was in my early 20's or some such, and really had a strong urge to walk off with stuff that really did not interest me. I rather…

Milk is bad for you if you are lactose intolerant, which covers a lot of people. I do use full-fat milk in cooking (this is really only 3.5% fat, and better than the excipients that make up skim 0% fat to make it semi-tolerable to drink, or cook with. That being said, I don't like drinking milk as a beverage, so I only use…

Sorry, carbs ARE converted to body fat when eaten in excess. Calories are a measurement that includes carbs, fat and protein.

I would love to, but I will be at a wedding and at a couple other events where being Whole 30 just isn't going to work. I have done it once, and found it astoundingly useful, however. And want to do it again, but this September isn't in the cards for it, alas. But keep to it, it works! PS, there was a second time where I…

LKArgh, kiela64 -- thanks. I will have to see if I am eligible for ongoing monthly evaluation. I know I can do leg presses because I was doing them at the PT, and I've been cleared to walk up and down hills, and they want me to continue using my own steps to practice using steps on. I can also stationary cycle because I…
