Thanks guys!! I also realised that I end up eating like crazy like a week before my menstrution. That’s when like most of the over eating happens. Other days it doesn’t happen at all. I can control my mind.

No I’m not new to exercising. However I’m kinda new to some exercises on the programme. No when I meant pain, I meant like My quads are sore. I’m on week one of BBG. I’ve been streetcing after workouts but only like for 2 minutes

Lol well I’m on a 250 calorie deficit. Everyone was saying it is better taking it to slow since I only have a low amount of weight to lose.

Not a lot tbh. I only burn like 100 cals a day. So I eat like 40 calories.

Yeahhh I entered this on the cardio section 30 min HIIT and it said I burned 50 cals. So that’s right???
