Only been doing it my entire life. Weight come off, I quit, weight returns. The cycle sucks and I’m hoping to break it this time. You got this!!!

My coffee used to be close to 300 calories with my creamer and sugar. I was able to cut it back - Coffee and 2 tubs of flavored creamer runs me about 50 calories now. Can't believe I used to put all that sugar in it! No wonder I felt like a sluggish bum.

We have all been there.. well, most of us! Over the last 4 years my weight has been all over the place. Started at 215. Managed to get down to 163. Life happened and I fell off the wagon taking myself back to 196 lbs and realizing this cycle needed to stop. Here I am again - 181 with a goal of 160. The struggle is real.
