I got as low as 123lbs, but gained it back because of the Holidays. I'm afraid to weight myself.

Debating on weather or not I should take testosterone to completely change my voice to male instead of sounding so weird the way it is now. I was forced to have a sex change. "doctors" forced me to take testosterone. They ruined my voice and permanently changed my body with male features.

Thanks guys. I guess I'll be getting liposuction. I probably don't need 1,200 calories everyday for someone with hypothyroid. No point into putting in effort when nothing's going to get done. I guess what they say is correct, you can't lose weight when you have hypothyroid!

Sometimes I do exercise bike with resistance. Only 6 miles a day.

I literally log in my foods at the time I eat them because I work on the computer. I will make my settings public, hold on let me figure that out.

I started at 128 lbs, and today I put it back on 128lbs. I had only lost one pound but it came back. I don't have a food scale.

Self control. You can listen to music. I've read somewhere that it takes four minutes for a craving to go away. I'd rather be skinny than have a few moments of pleasure from eating sweets, then have said sweets deposited onto my body to collect for years. Fermented chlorella has 100% gotten rid of cravings. My periods get me out of the habit of exercising & eating right. I have SPR dysmenorrhea. Won't get into it now. I lose motivation, to keep with it because I don't see results. I've been following this site for over a month & no change. I exercise daily. You'd think I would lose at least 1lb a month. BUT NOPE!
