This is all helpful information. I’m thinking of not taking the Paxil until I actually see my dr in June and just make my Xanax stretch until I see her

That’s what I question about it. I am very consistent with my tracking and have been for 3 years. Some of my anxiety is due to fear of weight gain. I wonder is some of the meds is a change in metabolism

I lost 30 pounds last year. I haven’t had a period since May of last year. I’m 39.

Yes, I like to use barbells, and weights, it’s just hard to get to at my current gym, it’s always being used.

I will still keep my other gym for that reason. I’m checking it out now. I was annoyed because I had to get used to a different treadmill. Atleast it’s not depressing here

I definitely don’t want kids running around.. lol. Idk why I’m nervous to go in there and trying new, I just my routine at my current gym is boring. I’m hoping I can get a guest pass for a week

Ha depressed is key word. I think I’m feeling depressed right now and it has nothing to do with calories. I’m typically on point with my plan for the day.

No, I’m not just starting out. Been doing it for 3 years. I’m just trying to get back on track from the holidays

My work day starts early at 6am, so It’s always a challenge to spread out the calories. Most days do well. I had 2 slices of Califlower pizza for lunch , that’s what made my calories go way up. I’m just going to take a nap till it’s time to hit the gym tonight

I do drink of water and my protein intake is “high”, and I pee a lot. Work told me I use the bathroom a lot and I need a doctors note. God I hate my job. But yes I pee alot

As of right now I hate it. I was 147 last Sunday . I overindulged 2 days from this past week and now I’m back to 153. My pants still fit great , so that’s what I go by . It makes me happy to see smaller number on scale

Thank you. It didn’t help the someone at work saw my quest bar and told me “ I will never lose weight eating those “ It made feel like crap hearing that. I know a lot of us probably have these moments
