I'm praying that as well as looseing weight for my own confidence, I'd really love to be able to wear a halter style swimsuit, and not have a migraine within 10 minutes! Pray the twins shrink enough for that to happen.

I do an avoidance. At home I edo not buy the stuff, so if I really want it, I just buy 1 cookie, or 1 candy bar; however, moderation works best in these situations. Do not over eat, and load up on fresh fruits and veggies!

It took me about 6 months or so. Ilost 10 pounds before starting on MFP. As much as I wish it would have come off faster, slow and steady wins the race.

I drink 2-3 cups of coffee a day. I rarely use creamer, just a fake sugar substitute, otherwise I use to much sugar. Once in a while I add creamer, I like a sweet cream creamer flavored creamer once in awhile.

I graduated High School June 9, 1999, seems odd I can remeber that date, I also graduated college December 21, 2010! Well anyways, I was about 130 when I graduated H.S. And was up and down for many years, the high was 173, about a year ago. I was around 150 when I graduated college.

I like potato with Ham, or pea with ham. I also like cabbage, and tons of vegetables in a chicken broth, with some stewed tomatoes! You'r imagination is the limit with soups, just toss whatever in a pot, and go with it.
