For healthy fats, I ate up all my avocados over the long weekend. Tomorrow is salmon! My scale loves it when I eat salmon.

Did I exercise? Yes. Just a short walk. Did i track everything? Yes. Did I stay eithin budget? No, over by 100. Still in a deficit though. Food quality wasn't great today. So although my calorie count should still lead to the scale going downward tomorrow, I'm feeling quite bloated.
