i think you can set your macro goals by grams if you have premium? i believe, with premium, you can also choose to not have your goals change when via exercise calories.

i entered one yesterday without issue. however, i have problems anytime i add a decimal in any food/recipe i create. seems the entire entry disappears if i use a decimal.

i generally use a stock instead of just water. beef, chicken, seafood...anything but water lol.

nah. i can't do it. i'm way too much of a numbers geek, i gotta know them, even if they are bad. like over this past weekend. 4500 over maintenance, yikes! but i logged every calorie.

mine isn't as severe or depressing as the others in this thread (hugs to all!). i simply got stuck in the back of my daughter's car at her graduation. my fat a** couldn't move. the looks i got, and the look of horror on my poor daughter's face, gave me the kick i needed.

there's a dude that i work with that goes to starbucks every morning and gets a giant cup of ice. just ice. then he slurps on it all morning as it melts. drives me f'in NUTS

for me, calories for weight loss/maintenance, macros for satiety

sadly, not accurate. i believe consumer reports won't even rate them, they are so bad. edit: not accurate for body fat, i mean.
