[@cmriverside is right: go to the doctor, get checked instead of posting here once in a while for years to say nothing has changed. [/quote] My life doesn’t revolve around posting on here. If I want to post this and that about what’s happened then I will continue to do so. So much hate and judgement.

Thanks yeah it was really painful for me sometimes too.
-
No need to be quite so harsh eh? Try to be kinder.

Crikey April 2015 I posted this and it’s still a problem. Meno maybe? Defo sugar related.

Hello to myself 4 years on. You’re still a fat cow, get a grip woman!!!! Weighing in at 87 kg today.

... all I could recommend would be to tighten up the logging (more precision) for a couple of weeks, and see if any major discrepancies pop up. Knowing the answers to questions above might help me think about it with more nuance. I've also decided to tighten up my food awareness hence being here today, but also to connect…

I'm the same. I have a history of successful weight loss and also in a pro capacity getting my level 3 PT in 2013. I'm no stranger to what works and what doesn't work and having battled with lack of motivation and some depression and an enabling partner, soon to be ex partner, I am baffled as to why my scales aren't…

Hi after 5 years. I had no idea I'd been struggling with this for 5 years. I now know what it is and you're not gonna believe me, but it was stress (from a partner). We are still together but only get in when he's in bed with me. I know I have a lot to work on and I'm aware of that but at least I know what it was.

Reporting back just over 2 years later about this post. It definitely happens after a heavy carb meal and its more like a static muscle contraction. So basically an unbalanced diet lacking in protein.
-
I know what's going on here. Someone has passed their exams, got qualified, is passionate and you lot are just jealous. Can someone explain why all calories are not equal?
-
Why are people bitching the original poster? Like a bloody kids school ground.

Nice to see this threads been busy !!!

Just to report back to the people on this thread. 10 months later knee is 99% fit. I'm running again now and things in that department are going well but I've not lost any weight. I've restarted my weights in the last 10 days and eating better but still the desire to feel life owes me a pizza is still my sticking point.

Thanks

Well I've found out what this is. It is related to an excess of carbs but also poor diet. Since buying a smoothie maker and subsequently getting my greens daily I don't get twitchy legs after for example a large pizza take away. So there you go, it proves that getting your greens (in my case brocolli and spinach) really…

Try adding extra protein into your meal and see if your legs still misbehave !!! Im not so bad after a healthy meal or being a veggie, a meal with tofu.

Fact: You need to change your training. It even helps to change types of food. You also need to increase the intensity of your training becuase your body has now adjusted to the level of training you have been doing to get where you are now. You could even drop your daily cals by 100? I did the following because i stayed…

I mt with the tm too, but i do intervals. 8 or 10 intervals of 40 seconds at 10-12 kph, but tbh it really is down to you to work out your own mt.

If you shave daily, then it will be fine.

Inspiring stuff. Thanks for all your feedback, however lbs means nothing to me I have to convert it. Im talking 1 rep max as well, so you ppl can probably lift more. I also took a video of myself this week and my form is shocking. Ive been training with a female bodybuilder all year and Im annoyed to say the least that she…

....I also know that removing the negative emotional source is an answer - not saying that's easy though.

Living on my own, its easy to control what goes in my cupboards, but on a more practical level for you I once went cold turkey on take away food and that worked, plus my stomach shrinked from eating less any way.

I do and Id agree with that...
