Daily Post Wednesday Track: Yes Calories: Yes Exercise: Yes Water: 72 oz Goals or Day: Went to the gym 60 mins of treadmill and weights. Didn't hit water goal,everything else went smoothly though

Daily Post Monday Track: Yes Calories: Yes Exercise: No Water: 48 oz Goals or Day: Mondays can be blah for me, it's sometimes hard to get motivated to workout. I only had 48 oz of water. Tomorrow will be a better day as far as my goals go. I'm happy I stayed within my calorie limit, though.
