Hello thank you for answer! The pain comes only when I have to grip and push heavy weight . Except when I'm on my training session I don't feel any disturbance . So at home I'm fine I can move my hand properly.

It took me a while to understand that IF it's a life style and body can transform either gain or lose weight. I was thinking to apply IF just because of losing fat, and wondered if it's better than calorie deficit . Thank you for answer.

Well it was some articles about IF, and as the first meal of the day or last meal is bad to eat carbs or sugar. Can't guarantee it is true but it was an idea I've been reading. Cheers for answer sir!

Thank you for your opinion sir. I'm just worried if I don't eat at right time I'm going to feel like a zombie at work. Plus I've seen IF diets are way more complicated , food can spike insulin level as the first meal of the day.
