Liver is one of my favorite foods, I'd rather eat it any day over muscle meat. Floral flavors like lavender, rose, hibiscus are amazing. Artificial cherry is delicious and I've never thought 'cough syrup". I dislike pasta, I only eat it because everyone else loves it but I'd rather eat anything else. It tastes meh and the…

I've done that before, and vowed I'd never lose more than 10 pounds at one go again! I think maintaining on the high end of BMI also gets my butt into gear sooner as well since I toe the "normal to overweight" line sooner (But I have my reasons for being this weight, It's all good!)

My hips and ribs stick out even at a BMI of 25 because of having a larger bone structure, At 22/23(my ideal) they're pretty prominent. Don't lose or maintain a weight that make other people "comfortable" with it, Do it for yourself. Where do you feel the best look AND physically. I've had people tell me both that my weight…

Yep that happened to me too! I can maintain with more loose guidelines, Now that I'm trying to lose a few pounds again I have to be strict and count every 1/2 calorie or I lose nothing
-
I've maintained for almost 1.5 years without logging! I still weigh and measure food portions but don't tally it anymore, I practically memorized what 1500-1600 calories look like in a day and rarely am wrong about it. I'm back to logging for a little while because I've been on the higher end of my range this last year and…

I lost my period for a month when I was eating 1100-1200 with a hour of exercise. It came back as soon as I added back calories for exercise(1300-1400 instead)

5'2, 131-135 range 31 25 37.5/38 I hold 99% of my fat in my thigh/hips. My bust and waist don't get much larger, It's everything else :D

i understand most of my issue is that I get frustrated. Logging, What I can/can't eat calorie wise, Weighing even. All of it just really catches up and I quit because mentally I get into a spiral and it ends up sending me into a depression. Which is why I'm concerned about making it as simple and non stressful as I can…

Southern usa, I actually normally find myself more hungry in summer. It's not lack of hunger, it's more disinterested in food
-
I'm trying out a few new things today, I think it's helping!

Two pieces of homemade bread toasted, spread with 1oz of goat cheese and 2 fried eggs with arugula on top Mixing things up with a savory breakfast!

I just aim for under 136 in all honesty. (If I weighed 136 even once it's time to get serious). Currently tracking in the 133 average weight range, But daily it spikes from 131 to 135 with MOST days being 133-134.
-
I've had phases of not logging and being okay, But I always come back after awhile because I tend to portion creep or snack a little too much and don't recognize it before I sit down and go over everything.

Breakfast are usually sweet. Homemade bread, goat cheese, lots and lots of fruit, smoothies, cottage cheese/yogurt, nut butter, oatmeal. And spiecal occasion foods like pastry or pancakes Lunches are a mix of the breakfast offering and savory stuff like eggs, salad, leftovers, Tuna salad, any cheese, bacon, Mac and cheese.…

Nah, I make and eat a VAST amount of food and I don't limit much outside of some intolerance but believe me I make up for that with lots of choices. Mmh it has happened before but it didn't feel as extreme as this time around, Before it was because I was eating the exact same thing 2 out of 3 meals and just changing that…

I'm actaully really happy with where I am, I feel great and look fine! Which is why I feel so uncertain about losing weight again. I know I CAN but I don't know if I want to
-
You know from January to March I managed to get from 136 to 133 by eating basically maintaince calories(I think 1600 or 1700 on average, I was so surprised that I lost any thing) and just staying active. So maybe I do need to try that again, at worst I'll just maintain which would be perfect.
-
5'2, I feel like most people my height want to be like 110-120 though
-
I had one of those "F it" days too, But everyday isn't like this for me I know I can handle a few days above maintenance. Hopefully you'll get back on track soon too
-
I've been 125 2 separate times, I know I can get there it just takes a lot of effort and I feel burnt out at the end of it and then It ends up not be sustainable
-
Yeah I was curious about that so I found out at 132 I have 23% BF which is within fitness, I have a hard time believing it but I guess that's a good place to be?
-
I'm aware that I use to eat out of habit and I would often eat just because it's 8pm and I always eat at 8pm regardless of hunger. So now I have a rough schedule but if I'm hungry or not outside of the window I don't worry about it. Some days I eat every 2 hours, others I only eat 1 big meal and a snack or two.
-
I find that I can eat more in maintaince vs losing weight. I suppose it's NEAT or something like that, I eat 1300-1400 for losing 0.5lbs but I maintain on 1800-2100
-
I tend to only lose scale weight every other week because of normal fluctuation. Don't stop now, Get 3 weeks!
-
30 pounds down, Maintenance for 4-5 months, But currently trying to slowly lose 5 more. Nobody can tell you your individual TDEE or amount to eat every day, It takes time and some backwards engineering to figure out where you are. Those calculators are averages and you might be higher/lower. I use to think 1500-1600 was my…

Cantaloupe, Which is weird because I eat every other kind of fruit and vegetable with abandon without any issue. But I eat more than a bite of cantaloupe my stomach gets all weird and gassy. I once ate half of a cantaloupe for breakfast and my tummy was hurting ALL day. I have other food intolerance I can track down, But…

I got tired of counting because it started to feel like a dictator, I'd log in the morning and would feel like I couldn't change anything even if it's as simple as a bowl of cherries replacing some melon. Now I just use it as back up to "make sure" but really just eat whatever I feel like in approximately the right…

I've lost as slow as 0.25lbs a week, In my mind not gaining is a win
-
I've tried IF for years and always end up over eating after awhile because I end up getting over hungry at some point even if my calories are on point, So it doesn't seem to work for me. I prefer to eat every 3-4 hours throughout the day

Hey, You don't want to know how may miscalculations I've done in my years of calorie counting! I've forgotten to count oil for things that were fried, I've put in 4oz of lean beef when in reality it was pretty fatty(A good 300 more calories!), Put in the wrong amount of servings for many things so what I thought was ~300…
