Also, you might want to try intermittent fasting. It helped me. Look it up online. There's a lot of info to read about it.

I have 25 years of sobriety with AA. But I eat too much and don't take care of myself physically. So there you go. I always take my own AF drinks to social activities. Hope that helps someone. B)

Glad I found this thread. I'm getting back on track after a 4 month hiatus. My Mom was sick and I used that as an excuse to forget about my own health. I lost 10 pounds in the last year since joining MFP. 10 pounds to go. I'm 63 and body is holding on to weight. Ik, eat better and exercise more. Elaine, Bakersfield, CA B)
