  • My husband has a man cave where he keeps his cookies, donuts, soda etc. Occassionaly I would have a couple of cookies or some candy but the scale wasn't moving and it wasn't helping AT ALL. Dietician suggested Chocolate Cheerios when I want something sweet and chocolatey with milk and it works for me. That's my usual snack.
  • You might want to consider getting a Personal Trainer, maybe once a week. It can get costly however he/she will teach you to lift correctly. Injury prevention is a must.
