I have an operation in two weeks. I want to be under 105kgs before then (0.6 kg down). It isn't so much about the weight as making a start in the right direction after being unable to exercise for months.

Thanks for setting this up - great idea. I tend to start the day well and then get into the mindset of having earned an after dinner 'treat' too often. For me LNS would be sugary/carb foods after dinner. Me: 1 LNS: 1

I work out at home as well. It is great because I can do it at any time, don't need to drive anywhere and the kids can join in when they want to (sort of). I think it is as much about habit as anything else, I have my gym kit at the end of the bed and it is the first thing I put on in the morning, so no excuse not do it.

I like the idea of cycling to Costa for the counterbalance. I wish I could do the same for a cheeky chinese takeaway - but I'd probably need to cycle to the next county to get it!
