  • Hemp seeds hulled are great or take raw seeds and bake them in the oven / fry them (no oil) in a pan. They’re delicious....
  • I recommend trying to avoid eating breakfast, fast till lunchtime, drink teas with oil to keep yourself full. Pu Erh with MCT oil helps suppress cravings for food and keeps me productive / focused. Dip into a couple of nuts if you have to. Baked / activated Walnuts are good.
  • Avocado, Tahini, green leaves, quinoa.
