Hey there, have a little read about what they do first and then decide if you still want to go ahead. Hi there, so sorry that you are going through this at the moment. I have also struggles with motivation - especially when it comes to exercise. I find that forward planning is NOT the way forward for me as I will plan to go the gym on a certain day then if the day comes and I dont feel like going or can't go for whatever…

Hey chick, its completely up to you and what you are working towards. I train 5 days a week twice at home 3 days at the gym - somedays I do legs in the morning and some sort of upper body training at night ... it really depends on your goals :smile:

hey love, omg I found this too! Running outside for me is too much hard work! My lungs cant cope with the amount of air - you probably found this too if you are out of breath in 3 minutes!! Also my legs cant cope with hard surfaces and I get shin splints :neutral: I chose a treadmill all day long!

OMG you hit the nail on the head! Once you fall back asleep you really dont think about it...until you have to log it on mfp! Last night I woke up and had some juice and that seemed to do the trick ... hopefully tonight the same! Thank you x

Hi there! I also found it difficult to keep going to the gym when the results were not showing quick enough (or so i thought) I found that training with someone that has the same goal as you really helps as you can motivate each other on the bad days. I wish you luck with your journey :)

Hi there! Firstly well done for loosing all that weight! But yes you may want to think about slowing it down a little. Definitely start weight training and maybe get yourself a personal trainer just to begin with so you know what you are doing in regards to the different exercises etc so you don't hurt yourself. Thank you! I have tried everything even tried eating healthy things when I wake up but my body craves sugar not healthy celery or carrots at 3am! I hope you manage to kick the 3am habbit too!! x
