IMHO, it all depends. Are you hungry? If not, then no. If you are, what macro are you over in? I don’t like to be too high in carbs unless it’s fiber. Fat is ok especially if it’s healthy fats like avocado or nuts or seeds. Protein is ok too if it’s lean and low carb. Hope this helps. This works for me. Best wishes to you…

I (IF) for breakfast up till noon...have a big lunch usually with fish salad and a little oatmeal with berries for lunch and a small dinner before 6 pm.
