I run in the early morning hours too. Right now I carry a knife and pepper spray. I do have my license to carry and currently looking for a small hand gun to carry with me instead. Cant be too careful these days. Where I'm from I'm more worried about animals like coyotes than I am of people.

OMG this is what I've been trying to tell all the ladies at work that are doing this. They think it's some kind of witchcraft magic or something. I tell them calories in, calories out but they dont listen. They just love the next fad diet that comes along and then wonder why they never lose weight.

never heard of the 23:1 OMAD method so I just Googled it. I don't think I could do that even if I wanted to LOL

I used to use Google Fit until they updated their app and now I don't like it AT ALL. It was giving me a ton of unresolved issues so I downloaded an app called Pacer and it's awesome. I do have the premium version which costs like $4 a month but I think it's so worth it. It also works in conjunction with this app

No judgment here! I have a Lean Cuisine white cheddar mac and cheese every week (sometimes twice) and I love it! Sometimes I mix some frozen peas in it to get that extra serving of veggies. But yes I agree that you should weigh even the frozen meals.

IMO you are not eating enough. I'm 5'6" and weigh 162. I eat 1400 calories per day AND eat back most if not all of my exercise calories. So totaling between 1700-1800 cals per day. I'm only doing a walking program right now but I get in at least 10,000 steps a day. Most of those are within an hour. I've been steadily…

weight loss starts in the kitchen so yes you can lose weight only working out a couple of times per week. calories in, calories out

I prefer Asics too! I used to wear New Balance but found the Asics fit better. I wouldn't skimp on sneakers since they make all the difference. I spend about $150 twice a year which i know is a lot for some but it's something I have to do to keep my feet happy!

Amazing! Great job

as another poster said, invest in good shoes! And I also find that the tighter my sneakers are, I'm more apt to get shin splints (not sure if this is an actual reason ppl get them)

no keto for me either. Cutting out food groups is not my cup of tea. I started a simple walking program and watching my calories and have lost 5 pounds in the last 4 weeks.

cold turkey is the only way to go. I tried everything too, patches, gum but nothing worked until I was actually ready. One day (just over 6 years ago now) I smoked my last one and never looked back. And the amount of money I've saved, OMG!!!!
