Old vs new leggings. I cleaned out a drawer to make room for my new bike clothes and came across my old knock around leggings. If they weren’t in my drawer I’d never think I actually once needed these. Always keep a couple pieces of old clothing as a reminder of your progress!

Without perspective, the smaller ones look like they belong to a toddler  Awesome find (and great job!)

That was my first thought, too!

that is amazing. however... I'm against saving old fat clothes.. I ditched them.. never to return.

I saved only the outfit from my original before pic and this which I found accidentally. Oh, and a couple of shirts that have sentimental value. They are a good reminder of why I’m doing this.

Amazing and inspiring. Do you mind me asking, how has your skin coped with the big size drop? Any tips on how to avoid skin sagging?

I have always tried to Keep well hydrated, used gentle cleansers and lotion, so I did not take any special steps for my skin care during weight loss. Lots of veggies are good for skin health too.
