Disney 🙄 so there’s like no stores to just walk to! I’m gunna use the amazon food delivery but still won’t have my blender lol but I’m hoping with the amazon deli every I can grab a weeks worth of good calorie fillers!

No work outs at all! Active during the day just doing my normal stuff . No medical condition. No over estimating - I calculate to a T. It’s literally crazy lol my whole family Is like this 🤷🏻♀️ this was posted awhile ago! I’m doing better now and made it over 110!

Thank you! & work I guess as in help gain weight ?

Good to know! Thank you. I feel like I’m cheating the system by drinking shakes for some reason lol I upped my intake from 2,500 to 3,200 about 2 weeks ago. I’ve been trying to gain for almost 2 months. I started at 103 and I’m barely over 106 most days. With fluctuation sometimes I hit 108 if I’m lucky!

My metabolism is definitely super fast. I’ve been told by doctors and trainers alike they’re shocked I don’t have over active Thyroid the way I burn. My mother and all the women in my family - same.

I am not lifting at the moment. Once I hit halfway to my goal weight-ish I will definitely start again. I’m so small right now- full time student, worker, and mom, I move A LOT- I don’t even want to risk the calories. But last time I started weights around 115lbs and that went great! Made it to 125 no problem. So I’m…

Didn’t even think to average it out! Going to do that .

Yes to a T. Sometimes I even go over my goal just to be safe Incase I missed a last sip or bite or something lol

Got it ! Thanks!

Thank you all so much for your insight. This is the first time I’ve lost so much weight in such a short amount of time to where the doctor is having me gain to start a medical treatment. It’s so overwhelming ! I’m going to start weighing the same time every week- and not get discouraged over a lb or two!
-
I wish I knew how to respond to each person like under them 😩 but yes . I need to get back to my average weight as soon as possible. Doctor suggested a LB a week.
-
Haha no 1700 was ONE shake! I have 2 a day! I’m taking in about 2800-3000 a day

Ugh. I think I’m just mad at fluctuation. Like- WHAT DO YOU MEAN I LOST A LB?! I JUST DRANK 1700 CALORIES?! 😂😩

I have a scale that tracks it all and connects via Bluetooth to my phone! I love it- but I only let it LOG my weight on Wednesday. So I can see the weekly progress. I haven’t thought to measure- I’m literally going by how a pair of jeans fits ! Ha! Bad idea. It’s just like aggravating.... I’m drinking shakes, doing this…

I am currently back on my gain journey after losing 20 lbs in 6 months! (I’m normally 125-130) I am making shakes daily. I split my bulk scoops into 2 shakes- total with both shakes I’m hitting 2,720 calories! I don’t eat breakfast, so now I drink one in the morning to help my appetite open up! Good luck!

Thank you!

I’ve been making shakes ! I get up to the weight I desire then cut down to just one shake a day to maintain. If I keep gaining, I go down to half a shake (half scoop) or tweak some ingredients . If I keep losing, I do maybe a shake and a half. All trial and error for me. Good luck!!
