Help! Looking to start eating more balanced along with exercising. Need tips on how to avoid losing weight instead of becoming a healthy toned shape?!

I’ve been making shakes ! I get up to the weight I desire then cut down to just one shake a day to maintain. If I keep gaining, I go down to half a shake (half scoop) or tweak some ingredients . If I keep losing, I do maybe a shake and a half. All trial and error for me. Good luck!!1

Set up your profile and choose your goal - maintenance. Log accurately and consistently and hit those calories. Plus log your exercise and eat back most of those as well.
A "healthy toned shape" will come from fitness, and if you haven't started strength training it can make a positive difference in how you look. Good luck!1
