  • Was in the 200+lbs for a long time. When I officially started getting fed up, but most importantly, serious about health and weight loss was around September 2019 at 218lbs. Now, I’m at 157lbs. Planning to lose another 15lbs
  • I am currently doing NS and it has helped me a lot! I eat their meals and do my own flex meals following a guideline provided by them on how much to eat in terms of protein, carbohydrates portions. I have tried so many programs before and even eating healthier on my own, but my portion control was always a problem. Thus…

  • It can be tough. I know it’s easier said than done, but hang in there. We all have our ups and downs, but it’s all about consistency. 💪🏼
  • Hey there! You can add me. Not sure where’s the add friend button.
  • Hey there! I prefer working out at home. I’ve never liked gyms. At first it was because I got self conscious about my weight, but now I mainly dislike them because I get bored. I do fitnessblender videos in the morning after my coffee ☕️. I sometimes have my breakfast before the workout, wait for 30-40mins or so. They have…
  • Thank you. I used to run/walk but it was taking a toll on my knees and I tend to get bored. As for cardio, I do HIIT and interval training. You just have to get into it and think of it as a time to work on yourself and health. It will slowly become a habit.
  • Hi! So nice to see a good support forum. I’ve had the runaround with diets, lifestyle changes etc. I was eating vegan/vegetarian very healthy, but as usual my problem with portion control was halting my weight loss progress. I was actually gaining. Now, I am strict, food journal and stick to a calorie restriction.…
  • Hi! I mainly workout at home, dislike gyms in general. I prefer to workout in the morning. I have my coffee, light breakfast then workout. Or sometimes I’ll have the breakfast after the workout. I do fitnessblender videos.
  • New to this forum. Want to add you as friend.
  • Count me in! I’ve been exercising much more these past days. Motivated, I’ve lost 40lbs in 6 months. Coming to terms that my metabolism might be slowish, so I’m focusing on resistance and weight training to tone and maintain muscle mass. I’ve never lost this much weight before.
  • Try searching for pilates videos. Mainly on an exercise mat.
  • What a terrible and unprofessional physician. It’s infuriating to read this. They probably feel disgusting about themselves to actually say something like this. Continue your journey and show them!
  • Sigh... well... so I can rock bomb *kitten* tight clothes without the extra belly. Superficial petty reason. Also, I am a physician and I cannot see myself telling a patient to lose weight and be heavy myself. I feel a lot of health professionals let themselves go (stressful profession, long hours of studying, etc). To…
  • Hello Brenda :) Good to read you! Welcome. I recently re-started my journey again. I was eating healthy but not watching my intake, so I overate. Even though I exercise a lot, I’ve put a lot of muscle weight as well, and the weight has gone up. Let’s support each other in this weight loss journey. Have a nice day!
  • Same. Here. Gained weight between the muscle gains with the weight training and inconsistent eating habits. I’ve been vegan for a while, but I’ve gained more since becoming vegan (even though I avoided over eating carbs 🙄). F, 217lbs, 5’2”. Setting my mindset for success. Started nutrisystem, I was eating healthy, but…
