Thank you for the tips. I did it all wrong. Didn't train, didn't eat breakfast til I got back and then we sat in the car for a 2 1/2 hour drive to my son's for a visit so by the time we got there everything was so tight I could hardly move. I did drink my water and I walked most of it. Thanks to ya'lls tips I did the foam…

Thank you everyone for all the wonderful tips. Slowly getting back on the wagon. I have a bad habit of not looking at the clock until after 5. I'm in a small office just me and my Financial Advisor. Even though I have an alarm set I get into my work. I think I will use that alarm to pack up &have my snack and if I go over…

My daughter still lives with us and my husband is the opposite of me, he needs to gain. I didn't get them this week and no one has said anything yet. Thanks for the tips.

Thanks. Yep I'm working on the water.

I was doing that before Covid but when I started using hand sanitizer all the time it was a mind thing. Didn't want to eat in the car. You'd think that would help with the weight loss. I uses to do grapes or cuties.

I'll try that tonight. Thx

We sound like kindred spirits. I am looking to get rid of 70. Feel free to add me. We can cheer each other on.

My highest was 212 and I promised myself NEVER AGAIN! Got down to the 183 then my fil got sick and passed away 9/19, the love of my life was diagnosed with leukemia Thanksgiving week 2019 which really threw us for a loop and I haven't had my heart in it since then. There have been a million other challenges along the way…

She looks great. I'd have to ease into it since I'm 59 and need ti loise about 70 lbs. I was doing HIIT, Zumba and Spin at the gym, treadmill and the machines on the days I didn't have classes. Now a year later I'm lucky if I get 3000 steps in.

Just turned 59. Knocking on 60s door. I was doing great. Gym membership, HIIT classes, Spin occassionally but my husband was diagnosed with CLL Leukemia Thanksgiving 2019 and although I kept going until the pandemic my heart wasn't in it. I was thinking of stopping anyway to spend every second with him. He is on wait and…

I think that's why I am asking to narrow the field. For old school folks it can be overwhelming. Looking for the tried and true. I used to do Richard Simmons waaay back in the day. Do they even make programs like that anymore? The HIIT classes online are a bit intense. HIT was my favorite but the instructor always gave me…

One year at the gym to the day. Still a work in progress.

Thank you. I have to be careful with the processed foods, soy and eggs because of food allergies. I can tolerate egg once no more than twice a week. Same thing with the soy. I will look into adding more beans. Would half cup serving give you a good amount of protein?

Thank you!

My husband says that he fixes my wrist while I'm sleeping. Lol. Cuz I tuck them under without even knowing it. I do have one brace. I could test it and see if it helps. Thanks for the reminder.
-
Thank you. I will try that in my next class.

They are better today and I'm taking a rest day from the gym today. Doing crunches at home instead. No artificial sweeteners, I'm allergic.
