Anybody dealing with arthritis?
I am headed to the doc on Friday. Probably arthritis. I've been having knee issues since January and sometimes all my joints hurt. I used to be able to at least do yoga and walk. Now that's painful too. How do you keep up with exercise when you're hurting?

A mile a day keeps the doctor away
Slowly getting back on track. Plan #4678 I will walk one mile per day no matter how slow. Burning up the treadmill last night with that 35 minute mile. Lol Once I get a little stronger there will be more but for now one mile a day is my promise to myself.
